Cande's Exercise Plan

Weeks 1 and 2, Cande is just going to start walking!  He hasn't done any form of exercise, so we are starting him slow!

Walking 3o minutes a day and on his days off he will walk twice a day, meaning he will walk 30 minutes a day, 9 times a week for 2 weeks!

Intervals will be introduced and he will interval walk a couple days a week!
