Yesterday was a long day and today is another long dayi was suppose to work out yesterday and I am upset @ myself for not going. I don't want to use work as an excuse or any of the pain either zac says I have to welcome it and over come it. I will try to get to work out today NO excuses.


  1. Candy just try to remember the end result. I think that once you reach your eight loss goals people may think of dropping the exercise but as they say exercise creates happy endorphins and that in will continue to up your physical fitness. You can do it you've already showed us that. Keep up the good work.
